Our annual JEM Read-a-thon kicked off on January 10th! Each year, Buckingham Friends School holds the Read-a-thon with the dual purpose of encouraging students to read for pleasure and raising money to support the school's unique global citizenship and international travel & exchange program called the Joint Environmental Mission. Each student will be logging how many pages they have read during the month of January while also seeking sponsors to help raise money for the JEM fund. This May, we will be hosting a group of students and teachers from KLES International School, our partner school in India! We are wishing the best of luck to and grateful for our busy readers over these next few weeks.
