The Class of 2024 was officially welcomed as alumni of the BFS community on Tuesday, May 28th, at the Brick Ceremony! Fellow BFS students, faculty and staff, and eighth-grade families joined outside the Main building to celebrate our graduates on this special occasion. Former teacher Steve Bernardini and BFS alum Naomi Brangan '19 were the two guest speakers during this year's ceremony. They both delivered heartwarming speeches about the class of 2024 and the culture and community here at BFS. As part of the Big Friend/Little Friend program at BFS, the second-grade class performed a heartwarming rendition of “Count On Me” by Bruno Mars for their “Big Friends.” The Eighth Graders then placed their engraved brick into the BFS patio, symbolizing their mark and permanence at BFS.
