Annual Spring Auction

The Annual Auction is Buckingham Friends School's largest fundraising event. All proceeds benefit the School's financial aid program, enriching every student's BFS experience while contributing to excellence at our School. 

 
The item preview starts on Monday, March 24, 2025. Silent Auction online bidding opens on the following day at noon. Pop-up items will be made available leading up to the main event, a night of festive fun on Friday, March 28 at 6:30 p.m. This year's celebration will take place at HollyHedge Estate, New Hope, PA. 

Spend time with old friends and make new ones, win great prizes, but - most importantly - support all of our children as we come together in our 230th year as a community and celebrate this special BFS tradition!

The Auction Committee invites every member of our BFS community to participate in helping to make this year's event a great success! At this time, we are collecting donations of items and experiences as well as seeking sponsors for this year's auction.

Donations: Looking for ideas on what to donate to the auction? Some past examples include: gift certificates to your favorite store/restaurant, themed gift basket, monthly delivery of homemade goodies, catered brunch or dinner, yardwork help, spring cleaning, and more! Do you have a hobby or craft you like to practice? All creative ideas accepted and welcomed. The sky is the limit! Contact any member of the auction committee for additional ideas.

Sponsorships: Becoming a sponsor is a singularly powerful way to show your support for the auction. If you know of a business, a friend or family member who would like to sponsor this year's event and be connected to the BFS community, please contact Katelynn, or pass along the Sponsorship Form found below.
