The Sixth Grade community of students, parents, and advisor Laura Downs officially renewed the spirit and goodness of Lasagna Dinner in new, creative ways - what a boost to our community, what a lift during challenging times, what a GREAT DINNER!!!

I send a heartfelt thanks to the scores and scores of parents, grandparents, students, former parents, graduates, and trustees who donated their time and energy this past Saturday during our annual Fall Frolic. It was an extraordinary outpouring of community support and effort, and the day was an amazing success! Thank you, one and all!!

Congratulations to our Cross Country Team who competed at the Stuart Cross Country Invitational this week! It was a beautiful fall day for the 1.5 mile race.

A glorious and warm afternoon provided the perfect setting as many community members gathered on the upper field to celebrate and recognize our Eighth Graders at BFS’s Graduation Ceremony yesterday, June 10, 2021. A gentle breeze arrived and for three hours, our hearts and minds were captured by the beauty of the moment, the presence and maturity of our students, the warmth and support of our parents and community members, and the bucolic setting of our campus; it was as if the pandemic had been blown elsewhere and was a faraway memory.

WE DID IT! 240 gifts in 24 hours!

This tremendous effort and support means we not only secured the 5K challenge of $5,000.00, but, so inspired with this success, an additional 5K has been donated by our anonymous alum to honor the Faculty of BFS.

Together, we raised over $50,000!!!
